  1. I've run into this video 2 years too late. As a CS student hearing "prune our decision tree" gives me unexplainable immense satisfaction.

  2. It's strange how some of these problems look so simple once pointed out, but I know if I were to get this puzzle I could be staring for an hour and never find a solution.

  3. Me at 600 nodding pretending I understand everything.

  4. Could you consider making a video on middlegame plans? There doesn't seem to be as much content on them out there as openings/tactics, and I always feel like I start making random moves 10ish moves in my games. I love your videos, keep them up ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. this really helps ny thought process, thanks!

  6. On the first puzzle, I would have forked the King and the rook. ;-;

  7. Iโ€™m three months into playing chess on chess.com. Iโ€™m 1200 in blitz but 1600 in puzzles. Is it normal to have an inflated puzzle rating.

  8. Perfect timing with the upload. Now i can watch while eating breakfast

  9. Iโ€™m 800 rating and solved the first puzzle easily, how?

  10. Do you study Computer Science Danya? You mentioned Depth-first and Breadth-first search Algorithms ๐Ÿ˜…

  11. Thank you! I'm a 950-1000 and I was very surprised I could visualize along with your words and visualize specifically the checkmate Qf4# a second before you called it in that underpromotion puzzle!

  12. Man if i could make a purple tiger out of a pawn id be unstoppable

  13. Even if it's inaccessible, you should do more of the puzzle run. It is something people would watch because it is epic, not neccesarily to learn.

  14. Great explanations. I love when you reiterate the three main things you look for in any position.

    It would help if you do the last part of each puzzle, where you execute the moves you just explained, a little slower. For example, 13:20 is way too fast. If you did those three moves in 2 seconds instead of 1/2 a second it would be beneficial to us.
